Maintenance optimization for a multi-unit system with digital twin simulation

چکیده
Abstract Optimization of operations and maintenance (O&M) in the industry is a topic that has been largely studied literature. Many authors focused on reliability-based approaches to optimize O&M, but little attention given study influence macroeconomic variables long-term policy. This work aims time-based (TBM) policy mining industry. The mine environment reproduced employing virtual model resembles digital twin (DT) system. effect decisions replicated by discrete event simulation (DES), whereas financial operability realized through System Dynamics (SD). simultaneous use DES SD allows us reproduce with high-fidelity minimize cost O&M. selected illustrative case example demonstrates proposed approach feasible. issues using high dimensional data from DT-models managerial decision making identified discussed.
